About Heads Up

Heads Up is a Community Interest Company not for profit organisation, dedicated to providing services to individuals and groups within our local community.

We are located in the North East of England and are dedicated to improving emotional literacy in children and young people in the local community.

We work hard to develop effective and engaging programs, intended to promote emotional literacy amongst young people, which we believe will assist in the future prevention of mental illness for the next generation.
